Noise from trams during nighttime can ruin your sleep!!! The decor feels dated and requires an urgent refresh!!! Inconsistent hot water supply in rooms and a lack of dining options beyond breakfast can be quite inconvenient!!!

Large, luxurious room with balcony overlooking the Station/Galleria. Convenient location to all modes of transport and Galleria Shopping Complex. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast, especially the salads!

The heater controlle ... Very big pillows ...no lift... Small wodrobe ...

I almost gave this place a good review, since it's clean and all, but the absolute noisiness from the subway made sleeping unbearable. The hotel hasn't changed since the 70s either with its outdated decor, a shame. I also expected a complimentary bottle of water or something, you know, just a little treat for being here!

Magnificent, amazing location in Krakow, really close to restaurant, the tram and beside railway station. For tea or coffee visit Kocia Kawiarnia Kociarnia nearby. Freshly prepared breakfasts and savoury food available.

The frienliness of th reception and bar staff

The mattresses were super comfy, and the heating was great, so it felt cozy. The room was spacious, great for my family. We had a nice bathroom with a powerful hot shower. The style was a bit retro, definitely added to the vibe. Just a heads up, though-some noise from the tram stop was unavoidable, which could be a little disruptive at times.

We really enjoyed our 2-night stay! The room was spacious and comfy, and the breakfast had so many tasty options. The location was fab. Just wish there were more English TV channels to chill out with. A wonderful experience!

What else can we say except excellent. The service and the room was superb. We chose a room overlooking beer garden as quieter than a front room. Car parking is in a locked area next to hotel.Location very good.Breakfast excellent and dinner very good and cheap. Yes, we loved it and would certainly recommend it. Be sure to print off the map as to where hotel is, as street address we found not to be correct. The actual street of where the hotel is runs parrallel to the given address. Once gps position set easy to get to.

The location is ideal for exploring nearby attractions, with just a 5 to 10-minute walk to the Old Market. The parking facility is a huge plus, great to conveniently leave our car for the entire stay. Reception staff provided really good service, being both friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The garden view from our room added a nice touch to our mornings.

The room decor felt a bit outdated and could use modernization to enhance the overall experience.

The location is ideal, the price was right and the ambience was extraordinary. I enjoyed staying in a non-traditional hotel with Old World Style. The staff was helpful and the chirping birds make it feel more like a home and not a hotel.

Breakfast servers could ask if you wanted to order something off of the menu instead of customer having to approach the staff to place and order.

This hotel is great, and has excellent amenities like 24-hour reception, air conditioning, complimentary wi-fi, and luggage storage. I remember how the staff helped me with currency recommendations during my first stay. Highly recommend for comfort!
